A timely posting for the month of October as I continue to work on “Trick or Treat”. At our last posting she looked like this….

Three weeks and I made some good progress. I did not get the back stitching done as I hoped but the bat joined the haunt, a window fixed, a pumpkin got a stem, along with completing the ground and border.

While this looks almost finished, there’s so much more to come with this project.
Now it’s off to take a look at what everyone else has been working on, please join me. We live all over the world so you may need to allow for time differences. Posting takes place every third Sunday, local time. Our next updates will be posted on the 25th October 2020.

I love the bat 🙂 We’ve got them here, swooping past my head every evening as I go out to feed the hedgehogs.

I loved how the bat turned out too….but hedgehogs (?) 🙂 lol

Yes, 3 wild hedgehogs visit the garden for dinner (puppy food) every night. They’re incredibly cute and populations are shrinking rapidly here so it’s important to look after them 🙂

Thank you Jenny – I enjoyed doing this border. I’ve been winging quite a bit of the detail. This one will be a next year gift 🙂

Thank you Kathy. I actually winged it on the pattern as it was so hard to follow the pattern which was so tiny ( and I didn’t enlarge pattern) I thought the little oak leaves turned out sweet too 🙂 Have a great week.

That bottom part was quite a bit of stitching! It looks great!

Thank you Susan. I really winged it on this part. I did not enlarge the directions so it was very difficult to follow. I am pleased with how it turned out.

Thanks Nanette – I have resorted to my extra close up glasses now for doing cross stitch. Those tiny squares and directions are getting tinier 🙂
